How many poems have been written in the name of love? How many stories tell of romance and happily ever after? And there are tales of the heartbreak, too. Abuse.

How many times have you said it's not worth it? Have you decided love is a fairy tale or you'll never have luck with that kind of stuff?

When you're in a loving relationship with someone it feels so amazing. And then when someone breaks up with you it hurts so bad. Maybe I'll write about it, just for myself.

I'd like to hear what you guys and gals have to say. What do you think about love and sex and relationships?

Call me a hopeless romantic or an idealist, but I believe that all people need someone in their lives to love deeply and have those feelings returned; not an intimate romantic relationship per se, but even a strong platonic one.
Maintaining a healthy and happy relationship is definitely the most challenging, emotionally and mentally taxing of all social interactions, but regardless of the obstacles and hassles that constantly present themselves, the rewards that follow overcoming adversity are worth all the trouble.
I'm not so conservative that I believe sex should only be reserved until after marriage, but I do firmly believe that it should only happen between two individuals who deeply love one another and who have known one another for a long time. In my mind, you should be able to imagine yourself being with this individual in the future-- not necessarily together in marriage, just happily together. These feelings of course must be reciprocated by your partner.
Open-relationships, multiple spouses and lovers... I have never respected such things and never will.
